Man's Best Friend

OF COURSE IM TALKING ABOUT THEM SHAGGY'S,

DOGS!

Dogs have been known as man's best friend for decades. Owning a dog can be a positive, enjoyable experience for the entire family. Keep in mind however, that the decision to own a dog is an important one that should not be taken lightly.

Dogs bring companionship and joy to any family. The time and effort you spend caring for your dog will be returned to you in the form of life long loyalty and friendship that you will receive from your dog. The dog will provide you with a friend to talk to, be an entertaining companion and can also provide a sense of security and protection for your family.

As unlikely as it may seem, owning a dog can introduce you to new friends that last a life time. Walking your dog, training classes and romps through the park are great ways to come in contact with others ,hehe, who share the same interest.

Owning a dog can be equated to raising a child. You must be a responsible parent to your dog just as you would to a child. You can rest assured that being responsible, loving dog owner will bring you many benefits, the most important of which is trust and friendship of a pet who will love you unconditionally for its entire life. Owning a dog is big responsibility and can even be costly when you factor in trips to the vet, having the dog groomed, and taking care of unexpected medical expenses. The hardship involved in dog ownership are well worth your time and money. You will never find a more loyal, devoted friend than a dog who loves you unconditionally.

The main point of having this is because we had such wonderful photographers,

- Sunny(the mastermind)& Yukee(the superman)

also with such photogenic models.hehe.

Unfortunately, theres always a Tragedy to everything and this time it was HUGE.
Dearest sunny had a disastrous day with cars,

Jeremy, Gunawan and I got lost,
and thats more than enough ruins for a day.

BUT

Because of such success, we decided to continue this photoshoot with a horror drama series!

Everyone, without a doubt had the BEST TIME.

Tiring but sumptuous!
The best time, so far, in college and im glad i got to share it with my lovely friends.

Man with the Wind

Theo Jansen,

Dutch artist with a background of science.

He has been evolving a series of wind powered animals

made of plastic tubes(beach animals)

for the past 15 years.

Theo Jansen received the Jury's Special Price in the Interactive Art category at

Ars Electronica Festival 2005.

A science teacher inspired him to take science in college.

In 1979,

Theo Jansen created a UFO,

a flying saucer.

The first beach animal he created didnt have strong joints. One night he had a vision about principle of its feet. He then based on simple PCV tubes and built a computer model. After several months, he found the right proportion between the lengths of the tubes.

The philosophical ideas have grown more complete with the years.

Thoe Jansen didnt try to immitate animals. He just wanted to create something new.

A computer addict he was but figures out to invent something with the wind.

He says,

"When the weather is beautiful,

I thought it will be a waste of time to sit infront of the computer"

He likes the rain and storm alot.

Maybe people miss being close to nature. That is probably why they recognize his fun and want to be a part of it. He can be fascinated with very little things. The clouds stimulate his imagination and sometimes, just sit somewhere and go on dreaming for a long time. Your head is also a computer. When you're dreaming you are simulating a world in which you are living. During the night, it's a dream you can't control and during the day it's more like a second life in your head. It's all interpretations of the real world.

College is fun. It could get serious when you want it to. Friends arent always distractions and i love mine for being the best. The sometimes 'fresh air' could do wonders. Go out and find your inspirations, I found mine on the building top.
